In one sentence

Last Mile is a running plan told as a story: every run is an episode, and whether you hold your pace decides how it ends.

Last Mile is een trainingsschema verteld als verhaal: elke run is een aflevering, en of je je tempo haalt bepaalt hoe die afloopt.

In a paragraph

You're a courier in Halden, a city three years after the Fold, where nothing with an engine moves anymore. Every run is an episode: a briefing before you go, a workout while you run, and an ending when you're back. Underneath the story is a real training plan, built from the runner's own pace and how far they already run, from a sixteen-session prologue for complete beginners up to race day. Spoken cues guide every workout; heart rate, Apple Health, widgets and a Live Activity on the lock screen are built in. After two seasons and 56 episodes, the Depot's Job Board has a courier job for every run.
